SURESH RAINA

Suresh Raina was born on 27th November 1986. His family comes from a city called Srinagar. He has been a member of the Indian Cricket team for ODI's since July 2005, and was included in the test squad in early 2006, but did not make his debut until July 2010. He's played at u'17 and u'19 level for India. In the IPL he has represented for the Chennai Super Kings and he holds the record the for the most runs scored in all IPL matches. He had a horrific start to his Test career, he got bowled by Muralitharan first ball. He might good at 20 overs but he's dismal at Test cricket!!
Raina has always been an occasional off breaker, England have been slogging him out of the park!!

Interesting Facts:

His batting avg is 34.80 in Tests and 34.93 in ODI.
Top score in Tests is 120 and 116* in ODI.
He used to fall out with older players
Suresh is one of my favourite names!!

CAPYBARAS: THE GIANT RODENT

The Capybara is the biggest rodent in the world. Its also called "chiguire" in Venezuela, Colombia and Ecuador. Their closest relatives are chinchillas and guinea pigs. Its name is derived from "Kapiyva" in the Guarani language means "master of the grasses". Capybaras have heavy, barrel-shaped bodies and short heads with reddish-brown fur on the upper part of their body that turns yellowish-brown underneath. Their best Friends are piranhas!! They love fruit and grass with some cream. Capys love swimming and live in South America by ponds, lakes, swamps, marshes and rivers, so they always love the pool parties!! When swimming, they can hold their breath for 5 minutes. Its feet are slightly webbed. Maybe if you find them...... they will want your clotted cream!!!

USAIN BOLT

Usain Bolt was born 21 August 1986 in Trelawny, Jamaica. He is the world and olympic champion. Bolt turned pro in 2004. Since a young age, people knew he was to be a great talent. He broke Jamaican records and Youth records, it would'nt be long until he will become a world wide competitor. The World Championships in Daegu are near and Bolt will be looking to break records and entertain the crowd. His biggest rival will be fellow Jamaican Asafa Powell.

Interesting facts:
- He ate chicken nuggets before breaking the 100m world record at the Olympics.
- His sponsor Puma give him a six figure bonus every time he breaks the world record, this is maybe  why he slows down so he can break it again.
- He was the first junior to run under 20sec in the 200m.
- His average speed is 23.35mph.
- Bolt has won 11 golds, 4 silvers and 1 bronze.

The Amur Leopard

Amur leopard's live in East Russia. Their habitat are mountainious and forest areas. It's the most endagered cat in the world, with around 30 - 35 in the wild. They are in critical danger.
They have beautiful light blue/green eyes which makes them different to other leopards. Another factor which seperates them to other leopards is their thicker fur.
They share the same teritory as tigers. Amur Leopard's favourite dish is Roe Deer and the Silka deer and if they can, they'd love it with some french fries.
Amur's unfortunatley get frequently poached in Russia and China.

3rd Test: England v India

Life is all good. England win the series and become world number 1. They have just won the third test. They won by an innings and 242 runs. A personal best for Cook who got 294, 6 short of his triple century. Virendar Sehwag got a king pair (getting out first ball in both innings) after coming back from injury. The last test will be held at the oval where england will look to complete a whitewash over the obissmal indians.

The Wildebeest

Wildebeest live around East Africa. They always follow the rain as there is always lots of grass. Wildebeest live in big herds up to a million - 5 million. They are in the antelope family.
At most, they can grow up to 4ft 2 - 4ft 10. The most common places you'll find them will be in the Serengeti and the Masai Mara.
Migration is a key part of their lives. They cross crocodile infested rivers to get to greener pastures and they are constantly on the move.
Their safety in numbers helps them to graze without being on the look all the time. Predators tend to only go for the weak and young Wildebeest.
They are my favourite animal for a few reasons, their noise, their looks eg. the horns and I love the way they move.
